Looks like JJJJound PUMA WHITE SURF THE WEB 10 Sold Out PUMA on the PUMA Suede Худи puma толстовка puma.

Although details are still murky, from the teaser photo we can expect a maroon suede upper and tongue with a cream PUMA Formstrip on the medial and lateral sides. JJJJound branding is found on the heel with a white midsole and outsole completing the sneaker.
