Last year, Nike waited until the end of the NCAA regular season to debut select teams’ Pro Combat uniforms and bulls. This year, 10 teams will start the season wearing new gear. Part of the standard issue gear for each player is a specially-designed Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer, sporting each team’s respective colors. Surprisingly, a number of powerhouse programs are missing from this group. Perhaps we should keep an eye out for designs for sneakers like Texas, Oregon, USC or Oklahoma.
