LeBron James: Nike Zoom LeBron IV (2006)
LeBron’s neri shoe might not have affected the entire industry like Kobe’s, but it set the tone for his own Wedge line. All three of his first models chunky composed of mostly leather and strictly for the basketball court. The Nike Zoom LeBron 4 was made up of a foamposite material and really started the Wedge’s array of colorways. Flywire was a long way away, but the LeBron 4s pioneered the King’s line into new materials.
