One tester commented that the kicks “hold the heel pretty nice.” But according to another skater, the Noras have a bit longer break-in, and the heel took them a little bit to get used to. Overall, one skater said that the skate shoe “gave a little bit more support than expected.” Adidas Nora “gets the job done well,” said another. 

Insoles lack impact protection

The insoles are the “usual thin but removable Adidas insole,” noted an expert. Using them is “not gonna be too protective but not unhelpful.” For better impact protection, you need to swap the insole out. “Switch out for something more supportive, and you’ll be good!” the expert added.
